Everyone treats each other as equals. It does not matter whether you're an intern or a director - everyone gets the same amount of respect and the same sense of urgency.

    Delegate decision making for small stuff ($10,000 decision spend on a $100M business should be able to handled by a senior brand manager, not a GM)
