“Gave PMs freedom to manage the contract as they see fit”
Former Employee – worked at Primescape Solutions full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – - They want each contract to succeed and management wants to be involved.
- Great educational reimbursement.
- They usually create very talented project teams
Cons – Kind of cut-throat when it comes to employment. I didn't see any cushion built in to overhead to keep employees on when contracts lapse. But that might not be true in all cases.
Advice to Senior Management – Help employees develop IDPs and then help them reach their goals.
