Truly A Great Service

Marketing Manager (Current Employee)
Chicago, IL (US)

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling Group full-time for less than a year

ProsPower is a company that is currently on the rise. For only being a 20 year old company that is still expanding, both internally and externally, the senior management has a well structured business model. The compensation has endless possibilities, as well as upward growth within the company.

ConsThe hours are long and the job can be stressful, but the compensation makes up for it.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more transparent and don't throw money at every problem in the marketing department.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

A REAL review... Long hours, hard to bonus, you better be lucky. Oh and good luck staying dry. LONG REVIEW but honest.

Field Marketer (Former Employee)
Cranford, NJ (US)

I worked at Power Home Remodeling Group full-time for less than a year

Pros: There are SOME marketers that are doing good and making decent money. The rest are making $30k-$37k a year. If you get promoted to van manager… Cons: 50+ hours a week for $500/wk? Do the math... Not worth it. You go in at 11am and don't start work until about 3ish. I'd rather… Advice to Senior Management: Shorten the hours. Start earlier and end earlier. Knocking on doors after 6pm when its dark out is mad creepy. Give marketers credit for any "call backs"… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
