Culture of fear continues

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) San Jose, CA (US)

ProsSome good people if you're lucky enough to work with them. New building/amenities, pay is average for silicon valley, good health insurance.

ConsEverything else. Culture of fear that starts with the CEO, inept C-level, VP's & directors. No long term strategy or plan. Too many people that don't care.

Advice to Senior ManagementNo advice for management because it wouldn't do any good, advice to the board - fire the CEO.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
