Current Employee – been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for less than a year

Pros – The benefits are nice, affordable.

Cons – The management needs to be replaced they do not know what they are doing. They promise you the world, then do not deliver. People are mailing less and less each year, therefore their products are difficult to sell, and the economy is not great either.

Advice to Senior Management – Please review the current management in place and replace them with people who are trained in management, who are compassionate, and understanding.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
