Pros – good culture, very good salary, travelling opportunities, good exposure to general management, responsibilities being given to you, cool company to work

Cons – hectic travelling, remote locations postings like in Africa, logistics business, may not interest all, pressure to perform is high, language and food barriers.

Advice to Senior Management – not much to share
