“I worked at G.D. Searle which was acquired by Pfizer”
I have been working at Pfizer full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great benefits: more vacation time than most companies offer.
Higher salary than other companies
Interesting work
If you can prove your worth, easy to move up in the company
Cons – Best to negotiate the highest salary before being hired. Otherwise, you'll always be at the low end of the pay scale for the position.
