Pros

Huge, well-known established company with brand recognition everywhere.

Cons

Boys Club-ish. Men are everywhere. Very few women in any role other than HR. Hard to move up or grow in any role other than sales without being forced to relocate.

    Pros

    Decent Pay for the work.

    Cons

Profit over morale. Constantly demanding (unreasonanly) higher perfomance. No sense of direction by management.

I have been working at PepsiCo

    Pros

Many directions to go with your career, endless resources, great people and experiences.

    Cons

No line of sight to upcoming possibilities at the lower ranks, very top heavy organization, no insight on who the endless resources are - find out on your own, poor evaluations, poor feedback, incredibly poor merit increase. It is internally known by senior leaders that leaving the company is the best financial option.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your Ps and Qs straight. Stop spending money on travel when you can have a web conference. Instead of traveling and blowing the team budget, take the team out a couple time. Provide feedback and invest in your key players.

    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
