    Pros

Pearson is the world’s leading education company, providing educational materials, technologies, assessments and related services to teachers and students of all ages. it is a place where we can grab knowledge so it is a great company to work. I am delighted to be the part of Pearson.

    Cons

It is place where you can see lot of struggles and hurdles to improve your level of work. The only reason is the high level of working culture.

I have been working at Pearson full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Passionate, intelligent, driven work force where one will experience lasting professional relationships.

    Cons

Industry is contracting and we are not innovating, and simplifying fast enough. Jobs have become very complicated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to our customers more and own representatives more. Simplify technology, by ability to go into any LMS easily. Ironically, while we are not innovating fast enough, we are still way ahead of college professors comfort level, but not students.
