I have been working at Oracle full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

There is a good work/life balance, relaxed atmosphere.
We do not work under pressure. There are deadlines but they are reasonable. Sometimes we stay long hours but it's rare.
But do note that this is not in headquarters in US, but in Romania.
    Quite liberal internet access.

    Cons

Our team is small, so no career growth opportunities.
Salary increase does not even cover inflation, so over long term you loose quite a significant amount of buying power.

I have been working at Oracle full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great place to work for different clients. Learn new technology, first than other partners, as it evolves. Not much of a stressful environment always, only very few times.

    Cons

Travel Mon-Thur of course. Growth is very very slow both promotion wise and salary raise wise. What you get at the time of negotiation will stuck for long time before you see any raise and whatever raise is also between 2% to 4% not even covering cost of living expenses over the years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Atleast keep up with the cost of living raises. Bonus is becoming less and less every quarter. Not enough projects in the pipeline.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
