Great place to work and shop!

Sales Associate and Cashier (Current Employee)
San Marcos, TX (US)

I have been working at Old Navy part-time for less than a year

ProsThe managers are all great and your coworkers are all friendly! Love the fact that we can joke around and make the workday awesome!

ConsIf your part-time the hours do kinda suck sometimes. Only work 4 or 5 hour shifts. Some managers are a little mean.

Advice to Senior ManagementMaybe you can up the hours for part-time to at least 20 hours since I only get like 15.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Completely disorganized company with little respect for their employees

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Old Navy part-time for less than a year

Pros: I got 8.50 hourly wages but it never went up in the 8 months I worked there Good discounts… Cons: Terribly disorganized managing staff, never have enough workers on busy days and have way too many on slow days, I had a few managers that… Advice to Senior Management: Get your store organized. There should be no reason to be held an hour and a half over my shift without talking to me first… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
