I have been working at Novo Nordisk full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Good pay, benefits, and corporate culture. I have enjoyed everyone with whom I've worked. All sites are within driving distance, over night travel for monitoring visits is very rare.

Cons

sometimes process wins over common sense. Most processes are determined by HQ in Demark, which sometimes operates considerably different from how we do things here in the US.

I worked at Novo Nordisk as a contractor

    Pros

    Positive Environment
    Great Corporate Culture
    Good work/life balance

    Cons

There may not be any room for growth in your department. The department I was in was using temps rather than create a new entry level full time role. After a while, we knew we weren't going to be hired in that department. People did successfully apply for full time jobs within other departments. However, know that Kelly Services will ask that you disclose to them and your supervisor that you are applying for positions within the company, which can be a double edged sword.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide reviews to contract workers- have regular constructive 1:1 and tell people what they are doing right and how to improve if they are doing something wrong.
Be clear about what needs to happen.
People should be trained by the people they report to to ensure quality control over the training process. Contract workers should not be the ones to train new contract workers.

I have been working at Novo Nordisk full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Respect all the employees ( from entry level to top most management) in equal manner.
Very open and honest to everyone...
aspiration to provide growth to employees, department and organization
Very vast career growth in all the line of business of the company

    Cons

I don't feel ever and anything in novonordisk life style... it is a very good company, really works to concentrate on employees growth

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should need to check the person's contribution to organization most thoroughly and recognize him/her in her/his career path inclusive of remuneration.
