“Hard work but great people and company.”
Current Employee – been working at Northwestern Mutual as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Great people.
Company morals are top notch.
Flexible hours.
Lots of trips for all employees.
High commissions.
Cons – It is a networking, personal sales position for most of the company which can be difficult. You have to have a strong work ethic and be self motivated to do well in this job. Pay is based strictly on commission. You're pretty much on your own when it comes to the business side of things.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
