Pros

Very friendly. Bosses are not tools. Everybody on a first name basis

Cons

If a contract runs out and there is no other contracts coming in your job can be in the "restructure" pile.

I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Environment is satisfying and the people are great. Work is interesting and has highs and lows as expected.

    Cons

Slowly taking away benefits. Days-off are decreasing and the answer is always, Affordability. Pay Raises are the worst i've seen, about 1-2% a year raise. No bonuses. Engineering managers need to get trained on how to handle people..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get training on how to manage people. Leadership is a must. Develop those skills.
