“Good aerospace company to work for!”
I have been working at Northrop Grumman full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Excellent mobility potential. Very competitive salary/benefits.
Cons – Defense budgets shrinking; potential for RIFs (reduction in force) in the upcoming several years.
Advice to Senior Management – Need some sort of profit sharing.
