Current Employee – been working at NiSource full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Good incentive plan. Accessible management. In the past 3 years the company had been doing very well. Collaborative environment

Cons – Inconsistent management - depends on department. Some groups have very poor managers that do not see the larger picture.

Advice to Senior Management – The plan is the plan is the plan
