Pros

The salary given is pretty competitive within the market however it is very difficult to get raises or move to another level. The job description are vague and often unattainable. There isn't any "individual" consideration made when looking at performance. It is all based on a "territory" and there isn't any consideration for the different variables that are presented every day

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take more time to evaluate your employees, not your employee #'s. These people are not some kind of calculation that was decided upon. Each person has skills and attributes that they bring to the team. Pay attention to those details

    I worked at Neopost full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Company that values the people who works for it. Président always talks about how important people is. Industry with only two players that facilitate the sales.

    Cons

    Managers are not great leaders. Most are not at the right place. Few career opportunities. Global company that doesn't want their employees to go outside canada. Mailing industry declining but unable to shift from traditional hardware sale to software solutions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest more in people. Great sales reps can't see themself growing with that level of individuels.

    To much upper management who take no responsibility. Rep spend all the time putting our fires,.
