    Pros

    People respect other people. High culture of work. Good salary and other socials. Flexible work time. Everybody may feel as important person.

    Cons

    Time consuming process is applied to most of projects. From perspective of job which I really want to do (programming) this is sometimes frustrating. On other hand this process produce reliable software.

    Try to pay more attention to high skills workers. They are sometimes underestimated so they change job.
