Great work/life balance, but very low pay and unclear career trajectory.

Pros: -Very relaxed environment (probably with the exception of Product Support). -Typically 40-50 hours of work per week -Very nice managers, no big egos to worry about, you… Cons: -Well below market pay throughout the firm (i.e. Data Analysts typically start at 45k). -Shortage of middle managers. -Limited exit opportunities (you won't be doing traditional finance… Advice to Senior Management: Morningstar is a good company with great people and strong senior leadership in a struggling industry.
