“Very positive until they decided to reduce quality and cost simultaneously.”
Current Employee – been working at Monsanto Company full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great benefits. Plenty of holidays and ample vacation time. Excellent CEO who presented superior town hall meetings. Good pay.
Cons – Our team was very experienced and took pride in quality delivered. The company sacrificed our quality by hiring contractors.
Advice to Senior Management – Before laying off dedicated workers, give them the option of reduced benefits or pay.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
