Current Employee – been working at Monsanto Company

Pros – i think the company has a great opportunity to bring change to farmer's life. the initiatives taken within the company can actually change the face of agriculture.
from the work envioronment front i think its fantastic. i love the open door policy. you are always welcome to throw in your best ideas and the leadership accepts them with open heart and try to incorporate them.

Cons – Sometimes the ever evolving nature of the company can get a bit frustrating.
you really have to run with great pace to cope up other wise you may run over

Advice to Senior Management – i think they need to bring more focus as an organization to retain the best possible talent specially in Asia.
i know they are already putting in great efforts but there is still need of some improvements.
