“Great company for Freshers”
Current Employee – been working at MindTree full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – 1) Great experience for freshers
2) Training quality is the best
3) Good work life balance
Cons – 1) Routine work bores sometimes
2)Less compensation compared to peers
Advice to Senior Management – Rotation to good projects is very crucial as well as salary review.
