I worked at MillerCoors

Pros

Forced development in technical competence. You need to learn about equipment, systens, and processes if you want to succeed.

Cons

Upper management out of touch with front-line issues at time.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Development if succession planning needs to be refined at the plant brewery level.

    I worked at MillerCoors

    Pros

Overall, the band keeps playing, the people are generally really good at what they do if given the opportunity to do just that.

    Cons

The constant and continual change in people and process has paralyzed this company. While the 2 cultures haven't totally collidided it seems that the "leaders" do not trust the rest to accomplish what they are more than capable of doing. Captain I know it (insert any manager name) all is running the ship except the compass is a bit off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look into the mirror and judge yourself before making assumptions of others, they really do know their customers, distributors and the business.
