“Good place to work but not so great salary”
Current Employee – been working at Micron Technology full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – A very interesting and challenging work environment.
Cons – Low salary compared to Industrial average. This causes quite a bit attrition which I am not sure the HR is aware of.
Advice to Senior Management – Match industry standard for employee compensation.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
