Some excellent thinkers and thought leaders made the whole experience a real development opportunity for me.

Cons – Limited career progression
Very conservative organization.
Dominated by actuarial practice with nineteenth century ideas about work practices.
Actual progression didn't match feedback.

Advice to Senior Management – Improve middle managment
Take a more realistic approach to twentieth century work practices.
Give consultants more credit for delivering exceptional client services.
