    I worked at McKinsey & Company full-time

    Pros

    - Huge responsibility from the first day
    - Exposure to C-level clients from the first day (unlike in more developed markets)
    - Very rapid personal development

    Cons

    - Often inhumane hours. On average you finish on ~11pm, often even ~3am
    - Sometimes not enough supervision
    - Limited influence on project choice

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the culture of staying late. Control managers who like to do that.
