    Pros

    - Huge responsibility from the first day
    - Exposure to C-level clients from the first day (unlike in more developed markets)
    - Very rapid personal development

    Cons

    - Often inhumane hours. On average you finish on ~11pm, often even ~3am
    - Sometimes not enough supervision
    - Limited influence on project choice

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of the culture of staying late. Control managers who like to do that.

    Pros

    1. learning from variety of experiences due to experience with different industries, types of cases, and different people.
    2. Good mentorship from seniors
    3. Develop relationships with great colleagues

    Cons

    1. Consulting is not as much on-ground job, so one might not be fully satisfied
    2. Consultants do not really have control over the final outcome of the project because final decision making resides with the clients
    3. It's a competitive world, some people might not enjoy that
