Former Employee – worked at Manulife Financial as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Got work as a co-op and a very positive atmosphere, with a manager that cared if we were learning

Cons – Big company. Only given a few tasks and have to constantly work at them. Also, as any big company, they are not fond of changing ways of doing things.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on IT Co-ops as much as you do on the Acturials. Not setting a good image with the IT students.
