Pros – Pay for overtime
Always participates in volunteer actives
Flexible timing
Work from home program

Cons – Highly political
No value for technical knowledge
Non ethical environment (Other people will take your work and management will ignore this situation)
One task is assign to 2-3 resource and creates unnecessary competition

Advice to Senior Management – You need shake up by giving opportunity to ethical managers and reduce the management overhead. you need active management that supports IT skills not political skills.
