“Good place to work but not stable in job security”

Pros – Colleagues are friendly, nice and pleasant. Studies are interesting and focused on both type 1 and 2 diabetes.
Cons – Upper level management is not focused; layoffs are common.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more transparant to your employees about the direction of the future of the company.
