“Great coworkers apathetic senior management/executive leadership.”
Former Employee – worked at MannKind
Pros – The majority of the people working there are great. A lot of talent.
Cons – Senior & Executive Management are out of touch with the employees. Communication is zip from the top down.
Advice to Senior Management – Value the talent that you have. Be honest and communicate with employees you will be able to retain talent if you are forthcoming with information regarding the status of the company.
