I have been working at MD Anderson full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

good benefits, decent people on the whole, tuition reimbursement is nice as is the cohort program ONLY if you are pursuing a degree related to healthcare.

Cons

rigidity in advancement, micromanagement, highly specialized which can be disadvantageous to older employees or employees that have time constraints that hinder educational opportunities

Recommends

I have been working at MD Anderson

    Pros

Prestigious place to work. MD Anderson has a very knowlegeable and professional staff. The people who work here tend to get along better than anticipated.

    Cons

There's a bit of an "I'm older, so i know better, do better" mentality with some of the employees that can be annoying.
