I worked at Médecins Sans Frontières as a contractor for less than a year

Pros – Amazing international experience where you KNOW you're doing good and helping people in need.

Cons – They are not always as organized as they could be. Communication tends to be hierarchically shared. Not everyone knows all they should know when they should know it.

Advice to Senior Management – Respect people on their first mission and learn to communicate better! Everyone would be happier and a happy team works better together!
