Pros – Very collegial atmosphere
Superiors treated me as a colleague, instead of a young intern
Superiors provided many opportunities to learn about different departments
Company has very laid-back feel
Intern program had several great opportunities, such as Q&A session with CEO
Cons – Even though I was an intern, my department made it clear that there was no position for me available after I graduated from college
