    Pros

Managers are nice, Very Flexible, Decent Pay depending on position, No direct supervision.

    Cons

Encourage to sell credit apps, special orders and installations on a daily basis. Kind of annoying.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I worked at Lowe's full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I started as a CSA and became a Sales Specialist in 4 months. Moved from department to department learning almost every position in the store. Became a manager of a department after 3 and half years. The company does let you learn and grow within the company.

    Cons

Scheduling was a nightmare. If you need a day off for a doctors appt. you need to schedule it 3-4 weeks in advance. To much paper work for a company that said it was going paperless in 2010. To many useless reports write.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Its a job not a life sentence. Let people have a life and they with be much happier employees. As for the part time employees that have work there for years. Hire them as full time employees. Theres a reason you have kept them. Right Get rid of the full time slackers. You all know who they are.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
