    Pros

Good job, flexible work schedule, great benefits.

    Cons

Expectations from clients and company are to high for one person to handle, pay is lousy for all the work, career opportunities are lacking, poor office morale, and supervisors need training on how to supervise.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to spend less time in meetings and more time in the office, balance the workload among the office staff, and try to support the coordinators more instead of expecting them to make miracles happen with little or no resources, and please stop making promises to clients that can not be met.

    Pros

Friendly Environment, Good Office Location, A variety of work. Get to Deal with some major projects in China and with Chinese firms operating globally

    Cons

Can be under worked on occasion as there is an expectation that work will take more time then it actually does. Should be more adamant with its customers over what information they should provide for potential projects.
