Pros – -Structured; task-oriented assignments
-Regularly scheduled meetings are helpful for feedback
-Open atmosphere; any questions quickly answered by team members

Cons – -Work atmosphere can be loud and unprofessional at times
-Disagreements between employees occasionally divert attention from the task at hand
-Inconsistent level of communication between management and staff
-Interns in various business units (i.e. sales / accounting) do not have opportunities to interact
-No mentor program for interns

Advice to Senior Management – Ensure that interns are given a good impression of Lincoln and potentially establish a specific program to keep interns in-house and expose them to business units other than their own.
