L-3 Communications Employee Review

I have been working at L-3 Communications full-time for less than a year

Pros – Great company
work/life balance
People are really cool and always there to help if needed

Cons – The work is very mundane
One of the managers is a pain to work with
Moving up in internal audit is going to take forever

Advice to Senior Management – Move that manager to another area, as sometimes it's hard to work with someone who always believes they are correct when they're wrong most of the time
