Great company to work for. Very secure. Young employees. Latest technology. Free bagels!!

Electrical Engineer (Former Employee) Burlington, ON

ProsAverage employee age: 35. Free coffee, fresh fruit. Free bagel/muffin day once a week. Good mid-sized company with little red-tape.

ConsSome roles are pre-defined and hard to move around within the company. Pay is not competitive.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore professional development training is needed and career goals should be discussed during performance evaluations.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
