Performance Review

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Conway, AR (US)

ProsGood pay, very safety aware. Opportunity to buy product a low cost. Monthly incentives to win gift cards, production results, safety results. Great benefits.

ConsPerformance review is based on a pyramid concept. Only a few can be at the top and so many MUST be at the bottom. You are calibrated against everyone that works there, not just your department. Results are based on perceptions and not necessarily the facts.

Pros: At the time of my employment, the organization provided competitive compensation,… Cons: Again, limited growth opportunities; lack of leadership training; significant development… Advice to Senior Management: I would suggest a focus on developing ALL employees, not just certain groups. I would also encourage them to refrain from playing the "blame game".… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Pros: People are good to work with, problems focus on processes and not the… Cons: Red tape, promotions based on who you know or how well liked and known you are by management. Currently a lot of consultants… Advice to Senior Management: Middle management struggles between a dedicated workforce and the politics above. Small changes for the better have been good, but… More
