Current Employee – been working at KPMG full-time for less than a year
Pros – Work with very smart people.
Large enterprise customers.
Target rich environment, providing lots of sales opportunities.
Travel, if you like getting away.
Cons – People are cocky.
No structure or process to work we do.
Poor sharing of information and ideas.
Senior leaders steal credit of junior employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Add structure and support your junior leaders.
