    Pros

    I had a paying job.

    Cons

    The clothing is inferior and overpriced. Customers joke about the sales, because it is the only time they would buy. The company made good suits years ago and now they are buying cheap stuff from third world countries. Look at the labels. The Pay! What a laugh. Impossible to make quota and make commission. A dead business making all the wrong moves to stay alive. My advice, don't waste your time. I would guess McDonald's treats their employees better. Do not even go near this company.

    Management only cares about numbers. Typical fax message "You must sell twice your goal today". Yes, a fax. Outdated technology. No computers or email. Find a new job. This company is dead unless major change is made!

    High quality merchandise. Not much else.

    Cons

    Commission only with a base of minimum wage or just above for a draw vs. commission. This is an ancient pay structure. It is unethical, immoral and dishonest. They demand much more than they are paying for. Upper management "acts" like they care (I was a store manager) but it's all "lip service". Employees are cattle driven to the market and without a care about being real, living individuals. This company stinks with the way they treat their employees. They didn't treat me as bad as those who I managed. I had a hard time trying to replace employees because of the pay issues. The stores I know about averaged 2-300% turnover per year.

    Care about your employees as much as you care about your compensation package.
