I have been working at J.P. Morgan

Pros

There are some very thoughtful, intelligent, and capable people. Great networking opportunities. Because of the size of the firm, there is a lot of mobility within the firm.

Cons

Because of the current regulatory environment, there is definitely a "CYA" compliance mentality. There are a lot of hoops to jump through just to get things done, all in an effort for the company to limit foul ups, losses, and bad press. This isn't different from other companies in the industry, but the bigger the company, the more the red tape.

I have been working at J.P. Morgan

    Pros

    Not applicable,as i m taking my interview

    Cons

is that how you recruit the new Hires. Its a tedious task to get through your website portal.Almost three weeks knows..the intreview is going on.sometime us say the invalid number. How can you say so,coz the first round was done with the same number.Disgusting...If u dont recurit, atleast dont give the fake hope, there are other better company who is willing to take me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make your interview pattern bit user friendly. Why are you letting your AVPs or VPs take interview, when they dont know much technical stuffs and what is the connecting of People management questoin, when i am applying for individual contributor..
