Pros

Great place to grow and it has great resources to use. The perks are pretty good there.

Cons

You have to make sure you are marketable in every facet of the business or you become obsolete there. Creating a strong network and consistently adding new skillsets definitely makes youa commodity there.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invent new ways to bring colleagues into the exectutive ranks and start building a core of employees with skillsets related to project management and risk management. Find new ways to help those that want to be promoted and find ways to make work equal and more efficient.

    Pros

    They really value the idea of work and life balance. Good benefits. Like coverage for adoption, adding yearly to the 401k. Very open and informative about what is going on at every level of the company.

    Cons

    The cost for the healthcare benefits is disappointing with deductibles for in network services. Mostly only lateral moves and lateral pay. Some of the HR practices are not standardized in certain business units and projects.
