I worked at Intuit full-time for more than a year

Pros – Nothing better than working with people who are smart and passionate about what they do. Good team environment. Great launch parties with good swag, including software and clothes.

Cons – Because people are passionate about what they do, they tend to stick around all night to get the job done. That makes for long hours sometimes. The organization is rather flat, so not a lot of sideward or upward mobility.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
