“Security Lacks Direction”
Current Employee – been working at Intuit
Pros – Management seeks feedback to determine direction. Frequent all hands meetings to keep us informed and motivated
Cons – Security Management fears owning outcome; very indecisive, despite DACI and shared vision. Too eager to re-direct ownership issues.
