Awesome technology, mediocre intern experience

Intern (Current Employee) Santa Clara, CA (US)

ProsFast paced, impactful technology, fun intern activities.

ConsManager and mentor were too busy, my project didn't start until the 3rd week of the internship due to disorganization.

Advice to Senior ManagementSpend more time organizing interns so they can ramp up faster and contribute to the project sooner.
