I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I worked for Intel for 10 years, left to work for another company and returned in less than a year for another 2 years. Intel has great corporate culture...while many will burn out on it quickly, I definitely think every experience I had at Intel built upon the other and provided me with the skills and discipline I have today to be doing the work I'm doing today. I am grateful for the opportunities that were presented to me and that I had managers that were willing to invest in my development.

    Cons

Sometimes long hours and finding that work/life balance can be challenging .

    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Intel Corporation as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

6 weeks, broad overview of EE, fun engaging etc... Couple days dedicated to observing the workspace environment, and it was obvious a majority of the workers were happy there.

    Cons

difficult to determine any cons, the entire internship was designed for students to see the fun in electrical engineering, so overall the experience was fun and refreshing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More organization would be nice, but still great
