“Hyderabad branch just spoiling the brand name that informatica has acquired over years”
Former Employee – worked at Informatica full-time for more than a year
Pros – For Hyd branch only:
1. salary
nothing else
Cons – again for hyd branch only:
1. no work life balance
2. one man show
3. politics
4. very bad work culture i have ever witnessed
5. no hope for the culture to turn good in near future
Advice to Senior Management – Spend some 2-3 months at this branch and realize what that 'one man' done to all employee there.
Think why attrition is too high and why everyone who joined from other product companies ran within months after joining.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
