“Almost stayed”
Current Employee – been working at Immersion Consulting full-time for less than a year
Pros – This company offered great work experience with senior level managers.
Cons – Who's in charge? Stick to your word, and don't have the president's statements over ruled by a site supervisor.
Advice to Senior Management – Create an organizational chart and allow those persons to be in charge.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
