I have been working at Imagination full-time

Pros

Genuinely committed to doing new and breakthrough work (which, of course, comes with all sorts of complications, but also great opportunities). Interesting combination of big, stable clients, and smaller, more nimble ones.

Cons

It's a demanding workplace - it's not enough to have a good idea, you need to be able to articulate it and push it forward. Some complaints about process, but usually from those who are expecting someone else to push a project forward.

I have been working at Imagination full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

A great company finding new solutions ... theatrical and digital and physical ... all Experience.
A good culture with VERY committed folks.
    Some very bright people.
Some strong, long term client relationships.

    Cons

    Sometimes very long hours.
The company is growing fast globally and probably needs to catch-up with itself organisationally.
They have "Our Way" as a way of going about business. However internal process needs reinforcement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some good hands-on leadership, but you need to take more people with you !

Why did they blame everything on the employees?

    I worked at Imagination full-time

    Pros

Some talented people and nice office location.

    Cons

A big disappointment with poor management and lack of communication, the director would rather talk to computer than to human beings, and when the director talked, the leadership style was abusive in that team were shouted and sworn at! Some employees were lazy they left office with job not done, and expected others to work 64+/weekly for a month to cover up, nobody deserves to be treated like this, so I left.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire account managers who know about REAL marketing service, project structure and communication skills to clients instead of sales person knows only budget.
