I have been working at Imagination full-time

Pros

Genuinely committed to doing new and breakthrough work (which, of course, comes with all sorts of complications, but also great opportunities). Interesting combination of big, stable clients, and smaller, more nimble ones.

Cons

It's a demanding workplace - it's not enough to have a good idea, you need to be able to articulate it and push it forward. Some complaints about process, but usually from those who are expecting someone else to push a project forward.

I have been working at Imagination

    Pros

Highly talented and dedicated group of employees. Ideas really are only limited by the imagination which is to say not limited at all.

    Cons

Don't expect work and life to be balanced on a regular basis, but there are breaks in the schedule. Lack of clear process can be frustrating for those who are new or prefer more structure.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure you have the full picture of the capabilities of your employees. Don't just assume you know what they're all about based on their current job function.
